Reflectioning quetions
1. - Some techniques are more popular than others. What are they, and can you account for their popularity?
According to my point of view the more popular techniques are definition, description and examples. Because are the more basic and easier techniques to teach a sort of vocabulary.
2. - Are there techniques that are particularly appropriate for the presentation of certain types of words?
It depends on the area which you are teaching, because this will be easier to the student understand and keep the words in his mind. For example if the teacher is teaching some vocabulary about biology, he has to show pictures with it respective names and definitions. That´s why the teacher has to choose the appropriate techniques according his area.
3.- Are there techniques which are likely to be more, or less, appropriate for particular learner populations (young/adult, beginner/advanced, different background cultures)?
-I think Illustration is more appropriate for children, because the images will obtain the student´s attention, and it would be easier to them learn in a complete and entertain way.
- For advanced students could be demonstration, because they are able to learn and understand trough a performance. This will be helpful to them because they´ll learn in a dynamic way.
4.- Do you, as an individual, find that you prefer some kinds of techniques and tend to avoid others? Which? And why?
In my opinion all those techniques are important depending on the area which the teacher is. In my case as English teacher I choose definition, description and examples, because those ones are the beginning if you want teach a kind of vocabulary. I am not saying those are the only ones, but are the most basic which the teacher has to keep in mind.

Answering Questions 2:
l. Was there one particular type of interaction that seemed to predominate?
According to my point of view, the type of interaction which I saw was “teacher talks”. Because He was only person who talked during the class, except some doubts that the students made to him.
2. Did teacher activity predominate? Or student activity? Or was the interaction more or less balanced?
3. How appropriate did you think the chosen interaction patterns were for the teaching objectives in the different activities? Perhaps look at one or two specific examples from your observation.

2. Did teacher activity predominate? Or student activity? Or was the interaction more or less balanced?
In most of the time predominated the teacher activity, because the students were focus in answer the guide which the teacher gave them; but sometimes some students talked aloud among them and interrupted the class making noise.
3. How appropriate did you think the chosen interaction patterns were for the teaching objectives in the different activities? Perhaps look at one or two specific examples from your observation.
As I could see the interaction pattern wasn’t the most appropriate in my opinion; because according to the content which he wanted teach, he should made that the students collaborate and supported among them, this would been easier to them and the teacher.

Supplementary Materials
Audio books
One of the great benefits of being able to record sound is to make books available for listening. With the advent of audio recordings, many people were able to hear literary classics read aloud, and to experience them for the first time. Audio books are, of course, books read aloud and recorded to be listened to on some kind of player. As sound technology has changed, audio books have changed, as well. No longer are they available only on volumes consisting of 14 or 15 vinyl LPs. Now, books are available on audio cassette or CD.
Web quest
A Web Quest is an inquiry-oriented activity in which some or all of the information that learners interact with comes from resources on the internet.
Forums
An Internet forum, or message board, is an online discussion site where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages. They differ from chat rooms in that messages are at least temporarily archived. Also, depending on the access level of a user and/or the forum set-up, a posted message might need to be approved by a moderator before it becomes visible.
Those supplementary materials according to my point of view are the most interesting. Obviously there are many others supplementary materials which we can use when we teach.

CRITERIA FOR COURSEBOOK ASSESSMENT
7,0 | Objectives explicitly laid out in an introduction, And implemented in the material. | Those are shown on the first page. |
5,0 | Approach educationally an socially acceptable to target community. | It´s not acceptable at all, because this book is for sort of people. |
7,0 | Clear attractive layout, print easy to read. | If the student has the original copy. |
7,0 | Appropriate visual materials available. | It has a lot of visual material to use. |
6,0 | Interesting topics and tasks. | Yes, but the units are just about student´s environment. It could teach a little beyond. |
5,0 | Varied topics and tasks, so as to provide for different Learner levels, learning styles, interests, etc. | As the last comment says is always about the student and where he lives. |
7,0 | Clear instructions. | In each activity, it says what the student has to do step by step |
7,0 | Systematic coverage of syllabus | .It covers the syllabus because it provides a suggested year planning and all the objectives of each unit. |
7,0 | Content clearly organized and graded ( sequenced by difficulty). | The x unit is easier than the next one |
5,5 | Periodic review and test sections. | It appears, but in a very little box at the end of each unit |

7,0 | Audio cassettes | Aren´t cassettes are CD´s |

*I think for beginners is a very good book, but it has some aspects which has to improve.

The Instrument (P. Factors)
- Do I like to go to college everyday? yes -no
- Am I attentive in class? yes -no
- Do I complete all my assignments on time? yes -no
- Do I get all my doubts cleared from teachers? yes -no
- Am I interested in knowing more on the subject being taught apart from the fixed syllabus? yes -no
- Do I conduct an intensive research on the things taught, by using the Internet, to enhance my knowledge? yes -no
- Do I feel satisfied and pleased after getting good marks in exams or praise from teachers for good performance? yes -no
- Do I fully concentrate on my studies? yes -no
As you can see in my type of instrument wich I chose are close question. Because it will tell me if the student is high or low motivated. Also the the questions which I chose are refering to differnts aspects; as teachers, subjects, himself and the tools which he has to learn. It will help us to know in what kind of things the student is more motivated.

You are going to work in groups of three and have to designate a sopkesman to give the answers. After that all of you are going to discuss why do you think that’s “the odd man out” word.
Remember, to give opinions you have to rise your hand and the rest of you keep quiet until your turn to talk comes.

Surveying
According to the survey, made to 6 of my classmates, I can figure out that most of them are agree with the majority of survey's affirmations as the graphic shows above. I think that is because all of them will become teachers and they would try to obtain those characteristics and put in practice when they will teach.
I will focus in the affirmation 11 which it says: " A good teacher makes sure students have fun in lessons". I think that all the polled agree because nobody wants to teach in a boring way and I include myself.

Answering Questions. (Check this please)
1) What charateristics and behaviours do you associate with the image of a motivated learner?
According to my point of view those people always try to participate very often, come to class on time,
They are very enthusiastic when they are working in class and most of the time they work very hard to do
a very good job. I think that all those behaviours are the main characteristics of a motivated learner.
2) The urge to engage in learning activity for its own sake ( intrinsic motivation) is distinguishable from the urge to learn for the sake of some external reward (extrinsic motivation). Do you think there is any difference
between children and adults in the degree of influence of these two kinds of motivation?
I think there is no difference between them. Because both of them are able to be motivated by something which is interesting to them. Obviously the kind of things which they are motivated are totally different.
For example with the extrinsic motivation, a child could be motivated because as a reward he will receive
a sweet or a present from their parents. An adult could be motivated by money motivation on his job, and the same happens with the intrinsic motivation. That's why I think there is no difference in the degree of motivation between a child and an adult.

My Reflection ( P. Test) Check this please
According to the test's results, I agree with some aspects of it. For example.
-I consider myself an extroverted person when I am having a good time with my friends, working in my job and must of the activities which I often do.
- Also I agree with the sensing part, because I am not good at showing my feelings to other people,
regardless if it is positive or negative.
But I completly desagree with the thinking part, because I always try to think carefully before acting.
On the other hand I am quite sure and agree whith the judging part, because I like to put things in order in anything I do or anywhere I am. In addition I like fallow orders as the definition says, when I highly sure that this order is good for me and to the rest of the people.

ESTJ Personal Growth
What does Success mean to an ESTJ?
People with the ESTJ personality type have a high value for social order and structure.
Throughout his or her life, the ESTJ develops a set of judgement standards that they use to order events and impressions that exist in the world. These standards are essentially social principles. The ESTJ believes very strongly in their principles, and strongly disapproves of any violation. The ESTJ believes that their principles define appropriate behavior and attitudes, and therefore should be followed unconditionally. Just as they naturally create rules, and are therefore natural leaders, ESTJs also believe in following existing social rules. They often lead, but can follow easily if they trust the authority of the system they're following. The ESTJ can be quite harsh about the violation of a principle. It is more important to the ESTJ that the principle is honored than that they consider the position or feelings of the individual who transgressed against the principle. Their harshness of manner may damage personal relationships, until the ESTJ incorporates standards for behavior within personal relationships into their system of social rules. The ESTJ truly enjoys being around other eople, and wants to promote traditional relationships. An ESTJ may feel successful if they are able to live their lives within their defined system of principles, but their true and lasting success will come from the ability to create and sustain good and lasting principles, and thus to address all situations in their life dequately and consistently.
March,21th Class One ( to me)
As my first class I understood that all those Personal factors ( Motivation, self-steem, anxiety, emphaty, introversion, extroversion and inihibition) will determine how an individual will act in a sort context, according to the factor which he/she has. Us, as a teachers we must identify them in our students to obtain the best way to plan and put in practice our class.
