March,21th Class One ( to me)

As my first class I understood that all those Personal factors ( Motivation, self-steem, anxiety, emphaty, introversion,extroversion and inihibition) will determine how an individual will act in a sort context,according to the factor which he/she has. Us, as a teachers we must identify them in our students to obtain the best way to plan and put in practice our class.
